We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for its convenient location. It was very close to Sarajevo eastern station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel is also near the bus station and airport, great for quick and hassle-free transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located directly in front of the Lucavica bus station, making it a perfect choice for those arriving by bus. the hotel is also close to the Sarajevo airport, with a quick 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. They offer a transfer service to the airport for added convenience.
One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is that there is no elevator in the hotel, which could be problematic with heavy luggage.

I loved the comfy beds and the clean, spacious rooms. The staff's exceptional customer service made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the fact that they accommodated my dietary restrictions made it even better. the key location of the hotel made it easy for me to access the city's center and nearby transportation.
The lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, especially since I had heavy luggage. noise from the road could be heard in the rooms that faced the street.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, always willing to answer any questions we had and recommending great local restaurants. the breakfast was delicious, offering a range of Balkan-style dishes that kept us full for hours. the hotel also offers a private shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a huge relief.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty in our room. the hotel is located on a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy at night.
